Kevin Morales was born and raised in Indiana and brings a diverse legal background and a strong work ethic to his practice. Kevin’s background is Guatemalan, and he is fluent in Spanish.
Kevin attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a concentration in Law and Public Policy. After graduating from Indiana University, Kevin moved to Orlando, Florida, and earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
Before joining Payne Law, Kevin worked for a national insurance defense firm, focusing on complex construction defect claims and insurance defense litigation. There, he gained substantial experience defending developers, contractors, and carriers in high-stakes, complex claims involving property damage, building code violations, and contractual disputes. Kevin also has vast experience in Immigration Law and contributed to immigration advocacy through Barry Law’s Immigration Clinic, working on humanitarian relief cases and defending clients before immigration courts.
Kevin joined Payne Law in 2025 and is now zealously representing homeowners across Florida in First-Party Property disputes. Kevin is committed to advocating for his clients with full dedication. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, running, and going to the beach.
