Samantha Angelastro is a litigation attorney dedicated to guiding clients through complex disputes with clarity and resolve. Known for meticulous preparation and unwavering advocacy, Ms. Angelastro focuses her practice on securing practical, durable outcomes for the people she serves.
A proud “Double Nole,” Ms. Angelastro earned both her undergraduate degree and her J.D. from Florida State University, graduating in the top 10% of her class at the FSU College of Law. She achieved a top score on the July 2019 Florida Bar exam and was invited to address new admittees at the swearing-in ceremony at Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal later that year.
Ms. Angelastro began her career at the Office of the Public Defender, where she tried cases and handled hearings and depositions on behalf of indigent clients. She then refined her trial craft at a prominent Central Florida criminal-defense firm before joining Payne Law in 2025. Today, she brings a trial-hardened approach to homeowners-insurance disputes, roof-damage claims, and other property-damage matters throughout Florida—leveraging precise case development and firm negotiation to stand up to insurers. Whether seeking a negotiated resolution or arguing in court, her aim is constant: deliver the strongest possible result for every client.
Outside the office, Samantha enjoys time with her husband and their rescue dog. A lifelong animal lover, she hopes one day to tend a small farm filled with four-legged friends.
