About Bryan Festa

A Florida native, Bryan brings disciplined advocacy and cross-sector experience to Payne Law, PLLC. He earned a B.S. in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida with focused study in legal studies and emergency management, achieving Dean’s List honors and engaging in community service as a member of Phi Delta Theta. He then attended Florida State University College of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Florida State University Law Review and gained practical experience through multiple internships and as a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of the Public Defender.

After law school, Bryan returned to Orlando as an Assistant Public Defender, vigorously protecting the rights of individuals within the criminal justice system. He later joined one of Florida’s largest defense firms, representing insurers and corporate clients in insurance coverage and bad-faith matters—experience that sharpened his understanding of carrier strategies and claim valuation.

In 2018, driven by a commitment to pursue justice for the community, Bryan shifted his practice to champion the rights of policyholders—individuals, families, and businesses—engaged in disputes with their insurance carriers, including denied or underpaid claims. He continues that work at Payne Law, where he focuses on first-party property insurance disputes with a steady, client-centered approach.
